Payment

To be sure that your booking has been registered, please send us a deposit corresponding to 25% of the total amount. You can pay by cheque or by cash.

Payment : You will pay the rest when you arrive. Drinks or snacks and extra services are paid before you leave.

Booking and cancelling conditions

If for any valuable reason you have to cancel, you must notify it to Philippe LARUE, by mail, telegram or e-mail.

 

a/ Before you arrive: if it happens more than 24 hours before the beginning of your stay, the owner keeps the deposit. If you don't arrive before 7 P.M. on the due day, the booking is cancelled, and the owner can rent the room to whoever he wants.He keeps the deposit and he can also ask for the rest of the total sum.

 

b/ If it happens less than 24 hours, the owner keeps your deposit and can also ask for the rest of the total sum.

 

c/ If for any reason you have to shorten your stay, Philippe LARUE will keep the price corresponding to the whole stay. The extra services which are not used will be paid back.

 

Taxe de séjour : The « stay tax » is a local tax the customer has to pay the owner who gives it to the Treasury afterwards.

 

Use of premises : The visitor must respect the peacefullness of the premises and use them properly. He will leave the rooms in good state.
